Whenever you have a difference of squares, it factors as follows,
z%5E2-a%5E2=%28z-a%29%28z%2Ba%29
In your case,
z%5E2=25x%5E2
z=5x
a%5E2=1
a=1
75x%5E2-3=3%2825x%5E2-1%29
75x%5E2-3=3%285x-1%29%285x%2B1%29
