You can put this solution on YOUR website! Think about
y = mx + b. and your equation
y = 0x + 2
notice that m = 0 and b = 2.
So plot a dot on the y axis at 2.
Next from the dot move 0 up and 1 right ad put another dot.
Do this 1 more time.
You will generate a horizontal line.
