2(27x^3-1)
Believe it or not that factors to
2(3x-1)(9 x^2+3 x+1)
to check multiply each term in (9 x^2+3 x+1) by 3x then by -1
then when you are done combine the terms (most terms will cancel each other out) and multiply everything by 2 to get the original polynomial
