510+220=730
730/3=243
243*2=486 1st
730-486=244 2nd
486-220=266 barrels to move

(220+x)=2/3*(510-x)
x=72 to be moved
220+72=292
510-72=438
Note it does NOT say two thirds of the total barrels are in one place but the barrels in one place are two thirds of the barrels in the other
