one side is 3 the diagonal is 5
this is the classic 3,4,5 right triangle
so the area is 3*4=12 cm^2

Given, One side of rectangle measure 3cm and its diagonal measures 5m.
Therefore the other side is sqrt[ 5^2-3^2] = sqrt[25-9]=sqrt 16 = 4
Area of the rectangle = 3*4 = 12 sq cm
