Nora's age = x
Grandma's age = y
Now x+y=71 Solve for y
y=71-x
Four times nora's aage = 4x
6 less than grandma's age = y-6
4x=y-6 (subsitute)
4x=(71-x)-6
4x=65-x
5x=65
x=13
y=71-13
y=58

Hence, nora is 13 years old and her grandma is 58 years old.
