There are are a couple of ways to go. We could say G not <= 0, or g NOT > 100. The average motorist would not fill up with 0 gallons or more than 100 gallons

The domain would be g > 0. Assume to fill up with gas you get more than 0 gallons.
The range would be C(g) > $0 since you are there to buy gas.
