Hello,
First off, we know any triangle has 180 degree for the total of the angles. Therefore, we can set up an equation like this:
x+2x+(6x-54)= 180 Combine like terms to get:
9x-54=180 Add 54 to both sides will result in:
9x=234 Now divide both sides by 9 will be:
x=26 Therefore the angles are:
26 degrees
52 degrees
102 degrees
These should add up to 180, right?
Now you know what is the biggest angle.
