You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Hello,
First we need to clarify a couple words. In math the word "of" means multiply. So let's take a number, say 12.
1/2 times 12 = 6 (Agree?)
Now let's divide the number by 1/2
12 divided by 1/2 is written as:
12 times 2/1 = 24
Now you know the answer to the problem.
Make sense?
