You can put this solution on YOUR website! Remember, a function is a set of ordered pairs where there are not two pairs having the same x value but with different y values (for example {(1,2),(1,3)}. This set of ordered pairs meets this requirement so it is a function.

It is a function because all the x-coordinates (first coordinates)
are different.  It means that if they were plotted on a graph no 
point is directly above or below any other point.
