You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let the three consecutive odd numbers be: x, x+2, and x+4.
(x) + (x+2) + (x+4) = 240 + x + 4
combine like terms on the left and right to get
3x + 6 = x + 244
subtract x from both sides to get
2x + 6 = 244
subtract 6 from both sides to get
2x = 238
Divide by 2 to get
x = 119
The numbers are:
119, 121, 123
