y=2x-1 (RED LINE)
y=x+2 (GREEN LINE)

I like your math teacher already. Your teacher is promoting good clean fun better than Mario video games, haha lol.
Solve each for x=0 and y=0
That will give you two points for each equation. They are both lines so you only need two points each.
They meet and cross at (3,5)
I'll even give another hint which will solve x=0
The numbers at the end of each equation are when x=0 -1 and +2
