You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Make the exponent positive and move it to the top of that fraction. Now you have 9%2F%284%282x%29%5E3%29=ax%5Eb
now calculate your exponent and you get 9%2F%284%288x%5E3%29%29=ax%5Eb
multiply and get 9%2F%2832x%5E3%29=ax%5Eb
If you look closely, you will see that we want a constant "a" multiplied by x to an exponent of b. Our "a" is going to be 9/32 and our b is going to be -3 because x^3 is on the bottom of the fraction
