You can put this solution on YOUR website!
LogM+LogY=(2/3)LogX
Solve for M
-------------------------
L(MY) = Log(X^(2/3)
---
MY = X^(2/3)
M = [X^(2/3)]/Y
---------------------

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Given, LogM+LogY=(2/3)LogX
LogM = Log[X^(2/3)]-LogY
LogM = Log[x^(2/3)/Y]
Taking anti-log,
We get M = x^(2/3)/Y
