Ok, we are dealing with angles of a triangle, so they add to be 180 degrees. two of the angles are the same and the 3rd angle is 32 degrees. subtract 32 from 180 degrees. The remaining amount is the total for the other 2 angles. Since they are the same, you can divide the amount by 2 and get the measure of each base angle. Draw a picture of an isosceles triangle and it may help you visualize this.
