Pick some values of x say -6, 0 and +6 perhaps, to keep it simple. Find the value of y at each of these and then plot to give a straight line of shape /.

Know plug these values in for x;
when x=2;
(2)=6y
2%2F6=y
1%2F3=y
when x=3
(3)=6y
3%2F6=Y

(-2)=6y
-2%2F6=y
