WE ned a formula for sum:
(i) x+%2B+y+=+40
we need a formula for area:
(ii) A+=+XY
Now, maximum quadrilaterals are squares.
So, x = y = 20.
20 + 20 = 40
20 * 20 = 400 (max product)
So, our coordinate is (20,20)
