You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Multiply both sides by 7, then subtract 14 from both sides, finally multiply EVERYTHING on the left and right side of the equation by -1. This will give you the answer.
28=%2814-w%29%2F7
28%2A7=14-w
196=14-w
192=-w
-192=w
.

the other tutor got the method right, but it's -182, not -192.
