You can put this solution on YOUR website! Multiply dollars (14,700,000)  times weight (.9) of 20 dollar bill divide by 16 (ounces in a pound)  to convert ounces to pounds and and by 20 to get number of 20 dollar bills (14,700,000*.9)/(16*20)
