This makes little sense.
We just don't use % in equations!
and is x a variable or a times sign?
Is it trying to ask what percent of 3/4 is 3/16?
or in other words 3/16 is what percent of 3/4? 3/16 is 1/4 of 3/4
(1/4)*(3/4)=3/16
