Flip and multiply

You can factor everything to simplist form and get
%2811%28y-7%29%29%2F%285%2A7%29%2A%2811%2A7%2Ay%29%2F%28y-7%29
You have a 7 and y-7 in the numerator and denominator and they will cancel. You are left with %2811%2A11%2Ay%29%2F5 you can multiply this out and get 121y%2F5
