You can put this solution on YOUR website! no its wrong, the answer will be
(-∞,-1.2]u(-0.25,-∞) u here means union
7>-4x+6 gives the first region of solutions
10≤-5x+4 gives the other
since it is 'or' here it is union of the two regions
