(W-3)/(W+5) is the start. The denominator is changed to W^2 + W -20
This factorises to (W + 5)(W - 4), so we need to multiply the numerator by (W -4)
as well.
(w - 3)(w - 4)= w^2 -7w + 12
So equivalent is (W^2 - 7W + 12)/(W^2 + W - 20)
