You can put this solution on YOUR website!
First convert 3 1/2 into improper fraction = 7/2
Now divide the rainfall by the snow.
7/2 divide by 1/8
Flip
7/2 multiply by 8/1
56/2
x = 28

Hence it would take about 28 inches of snowfall to weigh as the rainfall.
