You can put this solution on YOUR website! I need help trying to figure this problem out....3/4=x/x+3
4X=3(x+3) right???

You're on the right track:
Now distribute the 3:
Now solve for x: ...same as...
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Is it 3/4=(x)/(x+3) ?
if so yes you can get 4x=3(x+3)
now divide by 4 (both sides)
x=3(x+3)/4
expand 3(x+3)
x=3x/4+9/4
remember 1x=4x/4
Now get all variables (x)on one side and all constants on the other.
