You can put this solution on YOUR website! 5sqrt(3a) is 5 times the square root of 3a. Use this format. Use parentheses to avoid confusion and send the question in again.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Hi Susan,
I'm a bit confused. Please re-post the problem following these guidelines so there are no misundertandings:
1. Start the problem with three opening brackets. {
2. End the problem with three closing brackets. }
3. Leave no spaces between terms
4. When expressing a square root, type: sqrt
5. Immediately after sqrt, type an opening parenthesis. (
6. Type the expression inside the square root.
7. Immediately after the square root expression, type a closing parenthesis. )
8. The closing parenthesis will separate the contents of the square root from what comes after it.
9. To express exponents, you type them like this: x^2 and it would look like this . (You can find the ^ symbol by pressing shift+6.)
