You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x%2By%3E=-3
First put this into slope intercept form;
y%3E=-x-3
Your y-intercept is -3 and the slope is -1%2F1 So you would plot the y-intercept (point (0,-3)) and from there move down 1 unit and to the right 1, that is your next point, then plot one more point, then connect with a solid line then shade with your pencil the area above the line.
Hope you understand
