You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You would make a table (sometimes called an input/output table) of x-values and the corresponding y-values to generate some x-y coordinate pairs.

Then you would graph/plot these x-y coordinate pairs on an x-y coordinate graph. Finally, you would join these plotted points with a straight line and the result would look like this:
