First you need to put this in slope-intercept form;
y>-x-8
Now the y-intercept=-8
slope = -1
So you plot the point(0,-8) on the graph, then with the slope of -1%2F1, find your next point.
The line connecting points is going to be dotted line and then shade the area > -8.
