You can put this solution on YOUR website! find the vertex, the axis of symmetry, and the maximum or minimum function value and, to graph the function
f(x)=4x^2+16x+13
----------
Since 4 > 0 this problem has a minimum at its vertex.
-----------
Vertex occurs when x = -b/2a = -16/(2*4) = -2
f(-2) = 4(-2)^2+16(-2)+13 = 16-32+13 = -3
---
Vertex: (-2,-3)
Axis is a vertical line thru the vertex.
Axis: x = -2
---
Graph:
