b^-3 means 1/b^3
a^-4 means 1/a^4
so that puts all the A's on top and all the B's on bottom.
so we have (a^2*a^4)/(b^2*b^3)
so we add the 2 and 4
and we add the 2 and 3
a^6/b^5
