For the line y=-3/4x-1, you start at the point (0,-1) and you can eighter go up 3 and to the left 4, or down 3 and to the right 4.
For the line y=-3/4x+5, you start at the point (0,5) and you can eighter go up 3 and to the left 4, or down 3 and to the right 4.
Hint: The lines will be parallel because they have the same slope. y=mx+b
