I suspect you mean "how do I put into slope-intercept form"

The slope intercept form of the equation of a line is:



So the answer is to solve the equation for in terms of everything else. That means do whatever is necessary to rearrange the equation so that is all by itself on the LHS of the equation and everything else is on the RHS.

For your example, one step does it. Just add to both sides.
