You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Since there are no stipulations on Y in the equation X=1/4 any value of Y will work as the ordinate (Y-value) of the points as long as the abscissa (X-value) is 1/4.
Examples are (1/4,0), (1/4,10), (1/4,-5). The graph of the equation X=1/4 is a line parallel to the Y-axis passing through the X-axis at 1/4.
