You can put this solution on YOUR website!
both 4 and 32 scream out "powers of 2" to me...

I am assuming the 3's are coefficients rather than a cube root.

%283sqrt%284%29%29%2F%283sqrt%2832%29%29+
%28sqrt%282%5E2%29%29%2F%28sqrt%282%5E5%29%29+
sqrt%28%282%5E2%29%2F%282%5E5%29%29+
sqrt%281%2F%282%5E3%29%29+
or
sqrt%281%2F8%29
1%2Fsqrt%288%29

which is %281%2Fsqrt%284%2A2%29%29
1%2F%28sqrt%284%29sqrt%282%29%29
1%2F%282sqrt%282%29%29

if the 3's are cube roots then we get the following:
3%28sqrt%282%5E2%29%29%2F%283sqrt%282%5E5%29%29+
3sqrt%28%282%5E2%29%2F%282%5E5%29%29+
%28%282%5E2%29%2F%282%5E5%29%29%5E%281%2F3%29+
%281%2F%282%5E3%29%29%5E%281%2F3%29+
1%2F2
