You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Why |i|=1?
modulus of a complex number x+iy is defined as square root of (x^2+y^2)and is denoted by |x+iy|.
so in case of the complex number i we have x=0 and y=1 as i=0+1i.
hence |i|=|0+iy|=square root of (0^2+1^2)=square root of 1 = 1
