You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the factors of 12 and -12 "combine" to give 7

4 and 3 are factors of 12; 4 and -3 are factors of -12

4 times 4 is 16; 3 times -3 is -9; 16 and -9 gives 7

(4y - 3) (3y + 4) are the factors of the trinomial
