No it is not possible since there are two sides of length 's'. So if s=30, then 2s=2%2A30=60 which is larger than the perimeter.

Given the perimeter of any triangle is a + b + c.
Given your triangle is an isosceles, it's perimeter will be 2*sides + base.
So, given P = 54, then s cannot be 30.
