You can put this solution on YOUR website! When they say solve for a variable, it means you have to get some equation that will give you the value of that variable only. This is usually donr by performaing various mathematical operations.
Here when they say solve for T it means you should re-write the given equation so that you can get some value of T
T + M = R
Subtracting M on both sides
T = R-M
And so we have solved for T
