You can put this solution on YOUR website!
quartes = 6+x
dimes = x
Total value = 325
Dime value = 10
Quarter value = 25

25(x+6)+10x=325
25x+150+10x=325 (simplify)
35x=175
x=5

6+5 = 11

Hence there were 5 dimes and 11 quarters.
