Question 243231: multiply and simplify (7b)^3 *(7b)^6
Answer by rapaljer(4671) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! When you multiply with the same base number, you must ADD exponents. In this case, the base number is (7b).
(7b)^3*(7b)^6 = (7b)^9. This can also be written 7^9*b^9.
