You can put this solution on YOUR website!
can you help me solve
12/(x^2-4)(-)3/(x-2) = 5/(x+2)
---
Multiply thru by x^2-4 which is the same as (x-2)(x+2)
-----------------------
12 - 3(x+2) = 5(x-2)
12 - 3x - 6 = 5x-10
6 - 3x = 5x - 10
8x = 16
x = 2
---
But x cannot be 2 because that would put a zero in the
denominator of the original equation.
---
Conclusion: No solution
