I do not know what you want me to do... but i can combine them and tell you what set of numbers are equal to both, graph them, list points for them
i'll combine:
(x + 3y= 5)-3 multiply by -3 to get opposite values for your equations
-3x-9y=-15
3x + 4y =54
-5y=39 combine your equations
y= -39/5
if you plug y in one of the equations and get x by itself you get:
x= 142/5
