Sorry i wish i could find out a way to write the divide sign as it is on the paper i have so it would be easier to understand.
i put some in parentheses to show that that part goes ontop as the numerator.

20x-3(3-x)=2(4x+3) Multiply each side by the LCM (24) to eliminate fractions.
20x-9+3x=8x+6
15x=15
