Thru (3,8) & parallel to the line passing through (5,4) and (2,3)
Y=mX+b
m=(3-4)/(2-5)=-1/-3=1/3 ans.
Thus the line through (3,8) will also have a slope=1/3
8=1/3*3+b
8=3/3+b
b=8-1
b=7
Y=X/3+7 is this line equation.
