Use the law of cosigns
b^2 = a^2 + c^2 - 2acCosign(25)
You will find a quadratic equation exists with a= a negative and a positive number. The positive number is too large to make the triangle real, i.e. a is greater than the sum of b + c. therefore the triangle doesn't exist.
