very simple: take each part seperately..signs, coefficients and then the x terms:

%28-x%5E6%29%287x%5E3%29

- and + multiply to give -ve
1 and 7 multiply to give 7
power 6 multiplied to power 3 gives power 9 (powers add)

so we left with -7x%5E9
