HA:y = 3x^2/5x^2 = 3/5

Factor original to look for VA's:
f(x) = [3(x^2-2x-8)]/[5x^2-25x-x+5]

f(x) = [3(x-4)(x+2)]/[(x-5)(5x-1)]
---
VA: at x = 5 and at x = 1/5
---
OA: No OA because the degree of the denominator is
not less than the degree of the numerator.
