You can put this solution on YOUR website! Move all variable terms to one side and have the non-variable terms on the other side.
Slope intercept formula: y=mx+b
Standard Form Formula: Ax+By=C ...or... Ax+By+C=0
Example:

An acceptable alternative is to move all terms to one side and have 0 on the other side.
