You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
1/2(x+7)=1/3(10x+2)
(x+7)/2=(10x+2)/3 Cross multiply.
2(10x+2)=3(x+7)
20x+4=3x+21
20x-3x=21-4
17x=17
x=17/17
x=1 ans.
